Application
1. Food-grade phosphoric acid (additive E338) is used to acidify foods and beverages, such as various colas. It has a pungent or
sour taste.
2. Phosphoric acid can be applied directly to rusted iron, steel tools or other surfaces to remove rust.
3. Phosphoric acid is used in dentistry and orthodontics as an etching solution to clean and rough tooth surfaces where dental
appliances or hair ornaments will be placed.
4. As an additive, stabilize acidic aqueous solution within the desired and specified pH range.
5. Used as dispersant in detergent and leather treatment.
6. As a pH regulator for cosmetics and skin care products.
